Returns & Exchanges


We have worked hard to ensure these sandals are of the highest quality and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Should you find yourself less than satisfied with your order, send us an email at within (15) days of delivery and we’ll give you instructions for returning your sandals. To receive a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping), all items must be returned unused. We are always happy to discuss your situation if you have any concerns, so please feel free to send us an email. Refunds issued may take up to 10 days to process.


We are happy to exchange your sandals unused and with tags within (15) days of delivery for any other color or size of your choice! Please indicate the reason for the exchange in an email to with your original order number and we’ll send you instructions on how to proceed. Shipping charges for the original and exchanged sandals delivered to you will not be refunded. Please see our policy on Returns for qualifications for a full refund of the purchase price of the original order.
